Cebu Lechon
arguably the thing that i most looked forward to during my cebu trip was getting my fill of the city’s infamous lechon. just thinking about it made me drool — and tasting some of their best ones has left me with an unshakeable urge to fly down south for a bit of binging. cebu lechon really is SO different from what we’ve grown accustomed to here in manila and, dare i say it, SO MUCH TASTIER. looking at these photos really takes me back to each lechon experience i had… and right now all i can think of is once again biting into that unmistakeable lechon crunch and sinking my teeth into the juicy, savory meat bursting with heavenly flavor.
