Better Late Than Never
the military trend has been around for quite a while now. many moons ago we ooh’d and aah’d at those fierce balmain jackets and were equally smitten with other designers’ take on the trend. and like all other fads it slowly trickled down to high street shops and chain stores, making it a lot more affordable to us common folk.
but i don’t think the appeal of the military trend has gotten old yet — even though it has completely saturated the market. i for one am still charmed by the pieces of clothing, shoes and accessories inspired by this craze… granted i haven’t yet donned a “military inspired” outfit.
so here i am, many months too late, wearing what i think is a pretty awesome military jacket. i doubted buying it, to be honest, but i am not one to say no to gold buttons.
green jacket – edc
white shirt – herbench
navy harem trousers – mango
red belt – thrifted
beige lace-ups – thrifted

I like the military trend, but I think I only started liking it after I began playing Call of Duty. That jacket looks amazing, the color is nice too! Love the pants and the pop of color with the red belt! You always look so lovely and chic!
