Hoarder.

i have once again succumbed to one of my random make-up whims. i ordered a bunch of NYX lipsticks – eight to be exact – a couple of weeks ago and i am currently trying to stop myself from buying more. haha. in all fairness though, only four of those lipsticks actually went to me, as the other four are gifts for friends. so…not so bad, right? :p

in the first photo there are only seven tubes (from left to right: PERFECT, THALIA, PEONY, DOLL, FRAPPUCCINO, PARIS and B52) because i got two of thalia, so left one out of the picture. i also only swatched the four shades i kept for myself: PERFECT, which is a really nice deep nude; THALIA, a pinkish, grayish brown; PEONY, a light, everyday neutral; and DOLL, which is a pretty pink that’s highly pigmented but doesn’t scream in your face.

these are all from NYX.PH, which is my favorite online source of NYX products because they always seem to have an abundant amount of stocks – even the best-selling products – so you rarely have to pre-order and wait a million years for your stuff to arrive. they also give big discounts for mass orders so it’s actually better to hoard a bit. lol.
