these days it’s really quite difficult to get by, what with manila’s scorching 97-degree weather and all. taking a 2-minute stroll outside feels more like walking inside a hot, burning oven; and yet here i am, clad in jeans and a cardigan, because our office air conditioning is rather reminiscent of a blustering day in the north pole (not that i’ve ever been to the north pole, but for the sake of this post let’s pretend like i know exactly what i am talking about).
