Pho Hoa

before my mom and little sister migrated to canada, PHO HOA was one of our favorite places to dine as a family. i know of people who don’t really like vietnamese food, so i count myself lucky to have been given the chance to develop a rather fond appreciation of the cuisine. i love their noodles the most, but truthfully i’d pretty much eat anything on the menu. hehe.

on the table: pomelo shrimp salad (my favorite!), curry noodles with shrimps and bean sprouts, tenderloin beef with rice and side salad, and a glass of lemonade. yum!
