Painting Come To Life

ever since i got this dress months ago, i always envisioned wearing it to a special event, set in some fancy hotel or exclusive club with people impressively dressed to the nines. i’d wear my floor-sweeping maxi with a little clutch, some strappy heels and a couple of understated — but swanky — jewelry, like maybe one of those eternity rings i so completely adore (i realize they have meaning associated with them, but it would be great to own one just for the heck of it, no?).
well, no such fancy event has turned up in my calendar yet… but truthfully, frolicking in a field of gorgeous green is a welcome alternative for me. when we took these photos i truly felt like i was walking into a painting.
