Palate Party At Izumi
*first photo via
a bunch of food, lifestyle and fashion bloggers got to try some of IZUMI‘s newest menu offerings, and i was privileged enough to be one of them. i got there pretty late though so i wasn’t able to photograph everything — plus some of the photos i took turned out a bit blurry because i was too excited to eat. haha.
anyway, they provided us with such an amazing spread of unique appetizers and main courses. most of the dishes were japanese inspired, but they’re really a fusion of all sorts of cuisines. izumi’s chef him uy de baron wanted to go beyond the usual bar food that filipinos are used to (insert cheese sticks, calamares and every type of sisig) and instead give them a taste of exquisite food to enjoy with their choice drinks at izumi. i must say, it was all quite delectable and memorable indeed.
