first, i’d just like to apologize for the below-average photo quality. i really try to take good photos when i do these little food posts, but as i do not own a DSLR (or even a “good enough” P&S), i usually resort to sad little digicams or my phone. it’s a bummer, too, because this particular restaurant has been a favorite of mine for years.
anyway i convinced a rather fun group of people i hung out with last week to try out the food at KANGAROO JACK at robinson’s galleria. i told them they would be able to choose from pizzas, pastas, rice meals, and even sizzling dishes there — and that i was madly in love with the resto’s babyback ribs. and so, hungry and exhausted, we embarked on an exciting food adventure. i thought we would end up with this amazing spread of varied dishes and treats on our table… but funnily enough, the six of us only managed to order TWO different kinds of dishes. i guess when you’re tired your brain stops most decision-making processes. but hey, they all loved the food they ordered, and that’s all that mattered to me. (:
