First Day High
i started at my new job today and this is what i wore. i haven’t yet determined if the new route i am taking everyday (commuting, no less!) will allow me to dress up more than the typical top-and-jeans combo, so in the meantime, variations of this will do. so far it’s been really great at work: the people are lovely and the full weight of my duties have yet to fall on my lap so it’s still rather manageable. truthfully, joining the rush hour commute is by far the greatest challenge i have encountered. i am very anxious to see how i will fare the rest of the week…

Hi Bestie! I also found commuting to and from work the most challenging part of moving to a new job as I used to rent an apartment near my old office. Now it’s easier because I found a shuttle service that takes me from Navotas to Makati and back. If it helps, there are vans in Quezon Avenue that shuttle people to Makati for P60. Great deal if you want to avoid the looong lines at the MRT and cramped buses + traffic. Good luck! 🙂
