trench dresses are one of my greatest loves and this purple number had long been my favorite, until i had it washed at one of those professional laundry places and it came back to me with the color looking depressingly faded. i got so annoyed and sad that i decided just not to wear it anymore, so it stayed folded up in plastic for over a year. i wanted to wear these wedges again though, and for some reason the only item in my entire wardrobe that called out to me was this dress.
