Work Outfit: Farewells

fridays are typically marked by these “work outfit” posts i do on the blog, and today is no different. however there is one little thing that separates today from all other fridays past: it is the last day i am spending at my job of almost two years.

for those who do not yet know, i had been working at an advertising, events & PR agency as a copywriter. it was a fun job, too, but not without its challenges. everything i ever learned from here, everyone i ever met, every moment i spent within these walls, will forever be remembered and dearly treasured. i am sad to go as i know i will miss so many things about this place, but it is time to move on.

soon i will be starting anew – a job with even more challenges and distinctly more excitement to mark my daily work. it is a scary thing, starting from scratch. but this time i am, quite literally, following my bliss. so i know everything will be worth it in the end. it is a journey many years in the making; a dream i have long decided to aim for and is now finally within my reach.

and like everything else, i hope you continue join me in this exciting new chapter of my life.
