Guest Post: Kira Goes To Bangkok

Hi there! This is Kira and I’m filling in for Bestie, one of my favorite fashion bloggers (sshhh, don’t tell her!). My blog is over at Elegantly Wasted, and in case you’re wondering it’s the title of my favorite INXS song 🙂 My blog contains a variety of topics — from my travels, to skin care discoveries (I have uber sensitive skin) and my pets (I have 12 dogs and 13 hermit crabs). For this blog entry, let me share with you some of my favorite photos from Bangkok. It’s been 2 years since I last visited, and boy do I miss the shopping!

We were lucky enough to stay in a hotel that’s a mere stone’s throw away from Pratunam, Bangkok’s famous clothing market. Everything is so dirt cheap here, you can score clothes priced at 3 for MYR 100, good-fitting and well-made jeans for only MYR 150-400, while some accessories fetch for MYR 80-150. My favorite accessory to date is the skull ring I bought from one of the stalls.
