Wildflour Café + Bakery
i’m a little late (okay, A LOT late) with the discovery of WILDFLOUR, a little corner in bonifacio global city which apparently has gained a cult following in the last year or so. this gastronomic haven is famous for their delectable selection of baked treats, all homemade and bursting with flavor. my good friend jeff dragged me along after we attended an event in the area (a formal shindig of which i was made unaware of, so i suffered through the night wearing the most casual attire known to man. but that’s a story for another time), and we ordered what seemed like a feast for about 5 people. true to our food binging tradition we had a taste of everything and took home the leftovers for [my] enjoyment later at home.
our spread: bucatini pasta; tarte flambée with carmelized onions, bacon and gruyere; pastel de tres leches; salted chocolate cake; and valrhona chocolate pot au creme.
i’ll definitely be back for more! totally gonna get a taste of their signature cronuts and one — or all — of the eggs on toast. nom!
