Give It To Me Straight

i spent much of today in the salon, getting a much-needed makeover for my tresses. i got to try azta‘s steambond procedure, a healthier sort of rehash of the traditional rebond, so i am now officially little miss straight (although i would kindly ask you not to call me that. it sounds weird). anyway these are the crappy pictures i took amid all the craziness that went on, but i promise i have better ones on hand ready to be posted with a full, blow-by-blow account of the straightening process. exciting stuff!

right now my hair is looking really straight and shiny, and quite soft to the touch. i didn’t actually want to go full-fledged straight (i srsly can’t pull off the look) so i’m hoping the intense ironed-out look will calm down a bit after i shampoo and style it myself in a couple of days. still, i am very pleased with this new change and cannot wait to get stylin’!
