Wishlist: Mini Bags

while shopbop is mostly out of my price range, i still like browsing it from time to time to see what designers are coming up with and what sort of things i can expect to hit mainstream stores soon (plus sometimes i just like to drool over things i can’t afford). my recent addiction has been the shrunken bag — aka typically a minuscule version of a brand’s existing bag design. it is a trend that, admittedly, took a while for me to like since the whole concept seemed all too ridiculous/insane (“who would spend $300 on THAT?” was my basic thought process). but seeing a myriad variations in such cute styles and more colors than i can count has turned me into a mini bag believer.

now, would i actually purchase one of these? i am still wholly undecided, but the upcoming holiday “splurge mode” may prove to be too irresistible to pass it up. for now, i shall continue to window-shop and add to my ever-growing wishlist of armcandy and other things.
