Wind Up Just The Way We’d Dreamed

on occasions when i wear a sweater or cardigan with a pair of sandals i feel like there is a mismatch going on: up top i am wrapping myself in cozy warmth, and yet i am leaving the bottom a lot more exposed. it’s not really a big deal; my random, semi-OCD thoughts on outfit-matching rarely ever stop me from wearing a look i truly want to wear. i suppose such confusions arise within my realm as i attempt, every day, to balance both my desire to dress up in layers and the practically of minimalist clothing in the tropics. i am certainly not alone in this sentiment yet i often wonder if others go through hours of over-thinking their outfits as well..
