Wishlist Wednesday: (Extra) Early Gift-Shopping
this will seem a bit ridiculous, but bear with me.
since september is right around the corner, i’m already starting to prepare for my holiday shopping. crazy, I KNOW. but i honestly love shopping for my loved ones — even more than i do for myself — so i like to get started early. this way i’m certain that during the holiday rush, i won’t run out of time, or worse, stocks. que horror!
of course this consists mainly of list-making right now, but that’s one of my favorite things to do anyway, so it’s really a treat more than anything. today i thought i’d share with you some of the spend-y items that i have in mind for the people in my life — myself included. let’s just say…now that i know about SHOPBACK, i feel like i can splurge a bit.
in case you didn’t know, shopback is an awesome cashback/rebates service that lets you save on online purchases through their extensive list of partner merchants. to find out more, please check out my old blog post where i talk about it in detail (you can thank me later 😉 ). i have been actively using their service for almost a year now, and it seriously makes shopping even more fun!

not only is it less stressful in the long run, but having a list of gift ideas (including back-ups!) this early on keeps me on the lookout for discounts and promotions online, which i follow through mailing lists and regular website visits. it also helps me to plan my budget and save wherever necessary, so i can gift my loved ones the things they deserve and i know they will enjoy. it’s a total win-win!
