The Burger Project

i finally got to dine at yet another one of maginhawa street‘s food havens. THE BURGER PROJECT is an awesome little joint where you are free to customize your own burgers. you’ll be given your own checklist with all the ingredients/components they offer and you can choose whichever ones you want — from the bun to the patty to the sauces. just go crazy with your toppings! seriously. go for it.

i myself went for a breakfast-themed burger (topped with bacon, sunny side up egg, tomatoes and lettuce) while my fellow-starved companions went for their own concoctions. i also ordered onion rings that turned out to be gigantic and incredibly tasty, and a vanilla milkshake to wash it all down. i could hardly walk out of there after all that.
