The Stock Market
it had been my goal (with my friend ginger) to eat at THE STOCK MARKET in bonifacio high street for the longest time, and so when we finally did, it felt like such a great accomplishment – as though comparable to climbing mt. everest or getting the absolute most perfect haircut.
we ordered three dishes: two appetizers and one pasta. first served was the salmon and spinach dip, swimming in the most amazing cheese, and also came with delicious bread and pita and chips. it was heavenly. then there was the seared ahi tuna, served on top of a refreshing tropical fruit salsa, which we also really loved. finally came the carbonara, which was sooo creamy and tasty! the restaurant also looks so pretty and bright that you can’t help but feel right at home there. all in all our experience was quite unforgettable and something i would want to repeat very soon.
we skipped dessert though because we had planned on going to jamba juice after…so i am definitely going to try some of their sweets next time. i hear their crème brulee duo is really good!
