1. tutum shoes

i only have two pairs from tutum (brenda and fatima) but i can say without a doubt that they are some of my favorites. the booties are especially comfy and wearable for just about any type of day.

2. spirit ink tattoos

my last two weeks of blog, twitter, instagram and facebook posts have had a smattering of all these temporary tattoos from spirit ink. what can i say? they are addictive.

3. laura mercier lipstuff

i suppose one of the perks of having a boss who also happens to be a blogger is receiving all the girly freebies he has no use for. thank you to paul for these wonderful laura mercier lip products! i don’t usually use lip pencils but i’ve worn this carnation shade a few times (often with a lipstick or lip gloss on top) because it’s just too pretty! the lipstick in crème coral is also a beautiful addition to my make-up arsenal, which admittedly lacks much-needed coral hues.

4. blingding wall decals

wall decals have been my dream room decor for years. i always browse etsy searching for the prettiest ones (i never seem to find them locally) and yet for some reason i’ve never actually made the commitment to buy a set to stick on my plain white walls. these lovely ones from blingding are making that resistance a near-impossible feat, however — and it doesn’t help that they are offering a 20% discount until october 25!

5. candymag.com’s 30 days of style: menswear edition

in line with september being candy cuties month, the magazine updates their online portal daily with various menswear-inspired looks from four different bloggers — including me! (shameless self-promotion, holla!) incidentally, a year ago i was also chosen to provide menswear looks for a full month on the website. a pattern, eh? i like!
