Sophie’s Mom

i first got a taste of SOPHIE’S MOM‘s delicious treats at the first bloggers united bazaar. their mochi ice cream was heavenly and the red velvet cupcake a true delight. eventually i got to try a few of their cookies, too, but i had to go all the way to their megamall branch to get my fill. recently though, i discovered their newly-opened kiosk at SM the block — and i swear i nearly fainted. haha.

sophie’s mom creates some really delectable treats (my favorites are the oreo cheesecake cookie and dark chocolate macadamia cookie) and their stores are just so adorably sweet (check out their makati store, it’s absolutely dreamy!). i have yet to taste all of their creations but i am absolutely determined to do so.
