Work Outfit: Double Denim

i still remember a time when denim-on-denim outfit combinations raised critical eyebrows and instigated impassioned debates on fashion faux pas (if there is even such a thing anymore). now i suppose it is no longer a huge deal; rather a common sight in magazine editorials and blogs and streetstyle sites — basically day-to-day life. i think it’s fun seeing the many ways in which the trend continues to be interpreted worldwide: slouchy and undone, prim and proper, western-inspired, played up with patterns and textures… really, the list goes on and on. i personally enjoy wearing it with pops of color and leather accents.
