A Happy Sparty

the lovely and talented marj sia recently celebrated her birthday and i was lucky enough to be included in her list of family, friends and blogger invitees. we were treated to a sparty at entice the salon in ortigas, where we were asked to choose any two services of our liking – then fed yummy treats from greenwich and j. co and finally sent home with loot bags choc full of goodies from brands like nivea, etude house, l’oreal, made in candy, oishi, and sooo much more. CRAY!

anyway, i asked to get my hair color retouched (yet another shade of red, surprise surprise) and the stylist recommended a treatment afterwards to help repair my dry, neglected hair. i feel bad about not remembering what the treatment is called because it really, truly worked! it’s been days and i can still feel the softness and bounce in my hair. i’m really hoping the effects never wear off. #wishfulthinking

the really awesome part about marj’s birthday bash though was spending it with some of my awesomest blogger friends, most of whom i don’t really see too often. i even got reunited with paul, my now ex-boss, with whom i spent some time catching up on work and life and the latest gossip. haha. and of course we can’t leave out some outfit picture-taking, can we? i didn’t have mine taken but i joined the rest of the blogging squad as they took turns behind the lens, clicking away. i even took ana‘s! (:

all in all it was a super fun, memorable experience that i kind of wished would never end. and to the birthday girl: i hope this is your best year yet! ♥
