Another Way Around

when skies darken and start to pour, one common human instinct is to match the ominous weather by dressing in dark, drab pieces. not only are they practical in guarding against unflattering drenched clothing, but also seemingly apt in blending with the day’s overall mood. however i find colors to be a more admirable match against such conditions — a dose of sunshine, in a manner of speaking. and who doesn’t want that, really?
