just a few hours ago i did a full review on the new shopping service being offered by GLOBE, called the GCASH AMERICAN EXPRESS VIRTUAL CARD. (do read about it here because i swear you will love it!) that experience allowed be to do a bit of splurge-shopping, and of course i couldn’t leave you guys out! as promised, i will be giving away a pair of the awesome, iconic RETROSUPERFUTURE LUCIA SUNGLASSES (currently retailing at $161 on nordstrom.com where i bought it). i chose the blonde havana matte because, well, it’s awesome!!!

Answer: I want to buy make up! I have sensitive skin and I have problems with choosing a make up brand that wouldn’t irritate my skin. As much as I want to use just any eyeshadow, I usually end up having itchy lids and I’d have to put on skin medication cream to lessen the itchiness. I can only reply on friends or relatives abroad to buy me make up (which is not available locally) but it would take forever to reach me and expensive shipping too so thank God for Globe Gcash AMEX!

I am a student of Veterinary Medicine in UP. This degree is somewhat rare which gives me this burden since 1st yr. Its really hard to find Vet books being sold in the Philippines. They are all in Ebay and Amazon and they are costly!!!

I want to buy Adidas Predator power swerve for my son who won 3rd place under age 14 out of 36 teams whi competed at the Alaska Football cup last Nov 10, 2012 held at Alabang Country Club. It was his first competition from the2 years of playing football, weeks of training after school and skipping malling on weekends with friends just to attend trainings. I would definitely buy a Tascam Portable Digital Recorder at Amazon for my hubby because he needs it for video editing and we can’t find it in the malls. The low shipping fee of Gcash Amex is truly unbelievable. I want to buy a Kindle, clothes form Target and make-ups from Sephora for myself and as gift for friends this coming Christmas! Why? Because I always try to score the most unique gifts for friends and buying stuff that are not available locally will sure mean that it’s one of a kind. Also, most of the items during Black Friday are really a STEAL so might as well HOARD there instead of buying these items here which are usually twice the amount the SRP. Plus with the Globe x American Express the items I’ll buy internationally will be shipped directly to my house which is really convenient. Before I used to buy online using usual credit cards, and aside from the shipping fee, I still need to pay different charges when I pick up the item. Now, voila! Buy, Pay, Ship! No more double charges and other hassles! Thank you GCASH!

Since it’s my sister and also my birthday month AND christmas is fast approaching, I wanted to buy h&m products for my sister which is her favourite brand right now.
