Bubble Tea

not the most exciting food post in the world, but i assure you everything up there tastes absolutely magical. i had some time to kill with john before our movie in eastwood a few days ago, so we went to BUBBLE TEA for our dinner. it’s one of my default favorites for both milk tea and japanese food, but i was feeling under the weather then so i couldn’t really stuff my face like i usually do. i love the restaurant’s exciting array of sushi and maki concoctions, however john isn’t a big fan of those so we opted for some rice toppings instead. he got the pork katsudon (it’s like his favorite thing in the world haha), i tried the sizzling rice bowl with korean chicken and kimchi rice, and we also shared a nice bowl of miso soup. every single order tasted amazing (i am literally drooling just thinking about it), so i’ve made a mental note to try more of their rice meals on my next visit. hopefully, then, i’d be able to pair my food with some royal milk tea as well! yum.
