as you may or may not know, i am a huge fan of youtube food channels, especially those that combine pleasantly entertaining chef-type people and food/video aesthetics that really draw you in. one such channel that i’ve been loving lately is of byron talbott‘s. his tutorials are simple and easy-to-follow, and every shot is done so well: clean, pretty and incredibly mouth-watering. i’ve picked one of his recent recipes to show here and it’s for pistachio macarons–a delectable treat i will likely never make myself (i have no baking skillz to speak of) but will always enjoy .
