Keeping Lines Blurry

any time i get the opportunity to wear a hat out–without it looking completely out of place–i make sure i jump on it. on this cool, drizzly day i busted out the ol’ black beret and paired it with this adorable skirt from one of book of deer’s past collections (which happens to be my favorite). i’m so glad hats are a ~thing~ right now, as it makes wearing headgear feel a bit more comfortable and natural instead of overtly conspicuous.

of course, one can always wear whatever she wants to wear; but getting fewer gawking stares throughout the day helps a lot, too.
