recently i’ve been on a wild avocado kick, scouring the interwebs for every kind of sandwich recipe using this yummy, buttery fruit. in the philippines avocados are not often used as a “main food” ingredient; instead it is more widely enjoyed as a tasty dessert mashed in with some milk and sugar (or condensed milk) and stuffed in the freezer for added #nom. but in the last few days i’ve made a few sandwiches with perfectly ripe and creamy avocado slices and let me tell you: i am not turning back.
